Austin Levi Hicks

Austin Levi Hicks, age 22, of Pilot Mountain, NC, passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2017.

He was born on August 16, 1994 in Surry County, NC to Daryl Gray Hicks and Yolanda Ortiz Hicks.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Hicks is survived by a brother, Michael Edinger Jr. and wife, Brandy; a niece, Sophia Edinger; paternal grandparents, Billy Ray Hicks and Norma Jean Hicks; maternal grandparents, Genaro Ortiz and Juanita Ortiz; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Funeral Service will be conducted on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at Little Mountain Baptist Church at 2 P.M. with Michael Edinger Jr. officiating.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 prior to the service from 12 P.M. to 2 P.M. at Little Mountain Baptist Church, Ararat, NC.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Austin Levi Hicks Memorial Fund at Cox-Needham Funeral Home, PO Box 37, Pilot Mountain, NC 27041.
