Bobby Joe Moore

Bobby Joe Moore, age 80, of Winston-Salem, NC, passed away on February 16, 2017 at the home of Jessica and Foster Kendrick.

He was born on September 21, 1936 in Forsyth County, NC to the late Montgomery Moore and Lucille Adkins Moore.

Mr. Moore is survived by two sons, Randy (Kim) Moore and Brad (Betty) Moore; two daughters, Tina (Danny) Slate and Tammy Craig Moore; two sisters, Geraldine (Sammy) Carriker and Shirley (Steve) Sizemore Hicks; ten grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; a very special brother and sister-in-law Donald and Becky Thompson; and a special friend, “that girl” Debbi.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Lottie Lee Moore; three brothers; and two sisters.

A Funeral Service will be conducted on Monday, February 20, 2017 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home at 11 A.M. with Bro. Donnie Holt officiating.

Interment will follow in the People’s Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 19, 2017 from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. at Cox-Needham Funeral Home.
