Daisy Angeleen (Marion) Myers

Daisy Angeleen Marion Myers, age 59, of Mount Airy, NC, passed away on Friday, February 5, 2016 at Woltz Hospice Home.

She was born on April 14, 1956 in Forsyth County to the late Early James Marion and Annie Frances Marion.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Houston Edward Myers, Jr.; a daughter, Daisy Charleen Myers; a brother, James “Bo” William Marion; and two nieces, Tammy Draughn and Gail Walls.

Mrs. Myers is survived by her husband, Houston Myers, Sr.; two sons, John (Jessica) Myers and Keith (Virginie) Myers; five grandchildren, Allen Myers, Dylan Myers, Nolan Myers, Corbin Myers, and Jean’luc Clark; and eight sisters, Norma (Doug) Sloop, Beulah (J.C.) Draughn, Peggy (Bruce) Puckett, Jane (Harry) Brown, Christine Myers, Geraldine Blakeley, Josephine (Gary) Nance, and Marilyn Marion.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Monday, February 8, 2016 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home at 2:00 P.M with Rev. Ted Crotts and Pastor Mickey Brooks officiating. Interment will follow at Lawson Family Cemetery.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M.
