Elaine Marie Frances

Elaine Marie Francis, age 71, of Germanton, NC, passed away on Thursday, March 2, 2017 in her home.

She was born on August 26, 1945 in Ohio.

Ms. Francis is survived by her daughter, Natalie Dawn Baker; and two grandchildren, Jacob Ryan Tolly and Harold Venson Tolly, III.

She was predeceased by her parents and a loving husband.
