Emma Newman Obituary

Mrs. Emma Jean Newman, age 80, of Mount Airy, NC, passed away on February 16, 2018, at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. She was born on December 1, 1937 in Martinsville, VA to the late Hubert Willard and Susie Ella Clark.

Mrs. Newman is survived by her two daughters, Sandra Cain and Brenda Cain; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her parents, Hubert Willard and Susie Ella Clark.

A funeral service will be conducted on February 20, 2018 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home at 2:00 P.M. with Rev Don Collins officiating. Interment will follow in the Pilot Mountain City Cemetery.
