Etta Mae (Moore) Pettitt

Etta Mae Pettitt, age 81, of Tobaccoville, NC, passed away on December 9, 2016.

She was born on April 13, 1935 in Stokes County, NC to the late Montgomery Moore and Lucille Adkins Moore.

Mrs. Pettitt is survived by her daughter, Deborah Prim; five sons, Robert (Robin) Pettitt, Tony (Elisha) Pettitt, Calvin (Robin) Pettitt, Mike (Tammy) Pettitt, and Mark Pettitt and Leigh Ann; one brother, Bobby Joe (Barbara) Moore; two sisters, Shirley (Steve) Sizemore Hicks and Geraldine (Sammy) Carriker; thirteen grandchildren; and twenty-six great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, John Dee Pettitt; three brothers, Chester Moore, William Moore, and Jerry Moore; and one sister, Virginia Craddock.

The family will receive friends Sunday, December 11, 2016 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. with a funeral service following.

Interment will be Monday, December 12, 2016 at 11 A.M. at Crest View Memorial Park.
