Frances (Sprinkle) Ladd

Frances Sprinkle Ladd, age 73, of King, NC, passed away on February 20, 2017 at Rose Tara Plantation.

She was born on March 9, 1943 in Surry County, NC to the late Glenn Sprinkle and Ila Bryant Sprinkle.

Mrs. Ladd is survived by a daughter, Nancy (Danny) Hall; a son, Dwayne (Christa) Broyhill; seven grandchildren, Grayson Broyhill, Timothy Hall, Tyler (Jessica) Hall, Kyle (Alyson) Hall, Shayna Hall, Joseph Hall, and Jayde Hall; three great-grandchildren, Wesley Hall, Katie J. Hall, and Madison Hall; two sisters, Josephine (Larry) Ayers and Shirley (Rex) Elswick; and a son-in-law, Ray Mabe.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a daughter, Tammy Mabe; a great-grandson, Jeremy Hall; a brother, Leonard Glenn Sprinkle; and a sister, Edna Mae Beck.

A Funeral Service will be conducted on Friday, February 24, 2017 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home at 2 P.M. with Rev. Danny Hall and Rev. George Goggin officiating.

Interment will follow in the Pinnacle Baptist Church cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 23, 2017 from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. at Cox-Needham Funeral Home.
