James Ray Gross

James Ray Gross, age 68, of King, NC, went to his heavenly home on Monday, April 24, 2017 at his home.

He was born on September 6, 1948 in Forsyth County, NC to the late William Lee Gross and Martha Elizabeth McGee Gross.

Mr. Gross is survived by his loving wife, Beverly McKinney Gross; one son, Wayne Gross of King, NC; two daughters, Jeanette Gross of King, NC and Amy Gross of Charlotte, NC; two sisters, Kathy (Troy) Sexton of Walnut Cove, NC and Linda (Dewey) Tolbert of Winston-Salem, NC; four grandchildren, Lauren Gross, Meghan Gross, Cody Pardue, and Cassidy Pardue Willard; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his two brothers, Bob Gross and Bernie Gross.

A Funeral Service will be conducted on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at Calvary Baptist Church in King, NC at 2 P.M. with Pastor Roger Pinnix and Pastor Rick Eacho officiating.

Interment will follow at Stoney Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. at Cox-Needham Funeral Home.
