James Aldy Wright

Mr. James Aldy Wright, age 90, of Westfield, passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at Danville Regional Medical Center. He was born on August 4, 1927 in Stokes County to the late James Carroll and Carrie Nunn Wright.

 Mr. Wright is survived by his son James Mark (Cindy) Wright; his daughter, Melissa Dawn Wright; three grandchildren, Tori Boone, Amber Smith, Summer Smith; and his sister, Geraldine Tucker. Mr. Wright was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Loraine, Elzie, Sylvester Wright; and one sister, Lois Vaden.

 Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, January 14, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at Big Creek Primitive Baptist Church with Pastor J. Mark Wright and Pastor Dwayne Sands officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 13, 2018 from 6:00p.m. to 8:oop.m. at Cox-Needham Funeral Home.
