Lucy Ellen (Williams) Collins
October 23, 1941 ~ October 30, 2015 (age 74) 74 Years OldLucy Ellen Collins, age 74, of Pilot Mountain, NC, passed away on Friday, October 30, 2015 at her home.
She was born on October 23, 1941 in Surry County, NC to the late Richard Martin Williams and Mary Jane Landreth Williams.
Mrs. Collins is survived by three sons; Charles E. Collins, Billy Gene Collins, James Roy Collins and wife, Darlene; two daughters, Patricia Ann Wright and husband, Oral, Rebecca Jane Penn and husband, Ronnie; one brother, Terry Williams; three sisters, Marie Hodge, Brenda Phillips, Peggy Hooker and husband, Cecil; fourteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; one great-great-great grandchild.
She was predeceased by her parents, Richard Martin Williams and Mary Jane Landreth Williams; son, Charles Wesley Collins; brother, Wesley Williams; sister, Regina Wilson; significant other, Aldene Darnell.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, November 2, 2015 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home at 2:30 P.M. with Brother Don Collins officiating. Interment will follow at Brown Mountain Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.
