Mary Janet (Corvin) Logan Hanes
January 6, 1937 ~ June 17, 2016 (age 79) 79 Years OldMary Janet Corvin Logan Hanes, age 79, of Pinnacle, NC, passed away on Friday, June 17, 2016.
She was born on January 6, 1937 in Pulaski County, VA to the late Marvin Luther Corvin and Flora Ethel Cress Corvin.
Mrs. Hanes is survived by a son, Ricky (Linda) Logan; a brother, William “Billy” (Linda) Corvin; a sister, Chaffin (J.R.) Hughes; seven grandchildren, Adrian (Jennifer) Logan, Zachariah Logan, Isaac Logan, Jacob Logan, Katie Metzler, Amanda Metzler, and Vladimir Logan; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Delbert “Marty” Logan; and five brothers, Neal Corvin, Alfred Corvin, Bruce Corvin, Lovada Corvin, and David Corvin.
A funeral service will be conducted on Monday, June 20, 2016 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home at 2 P.M. with Pastor Joe Beck officiating.
The family will receive friends Sunday, June 19, 2016 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M.
