She was born on March 12, 1950 in Stokes County, NC to the late Harden and Ellen Bowman.
Ms. Swift is survived by a daughter, Teresa (Gray) Potts and Lisa (Brian) Swift; a brother, Robert (Bonnie) Bowman; a sister, Sue Goins; seven grandchildren, Bella Potts, Toby Potts, Gracie Reece, Michael Byrd, Brianna Byrd, Makenzie Byrd, and Allie Byrd; and special friend, Wanda Woods.
She was predeceased by her loving parents; a brother, Ricky Bowman; a sister, Peggy Woods; grandmother, Nannie Goins; and one grandchild, Baily Potts.
A Funeral Service will be conducted on Monday, June 5, 2017 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home at 7 P.M. with Bro. Daryl Price officiating.
The family will receive friends on Monday, June 5, 2017 from 6 P.M. to 7 P.M. at Cox-Needham Funeral Home.
