He was born on October 2, 1962 in Guilford County, NC to the late Earnest Hill and Eula McDonald Hill.
Mr. Hill is survived by a daughter, Casey Utt and husband, Cody of Mount Airy; a son, Shane Eaton and wife, Kiesha of East Bend; two grandchildren, Sage Ray Eaton and Allison Rose Eaton; two brothers, Ray Hill and wife, Lynn of Lexington and Tony Hill of Lexington; one sister, Lisa Simmons and husband, Nathan of Lexington; and a special friend, Cathy Freeman of Siloam.
He was predeceased by his parents.
Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Cox Needham Funeral Home at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Gary Snow officiating. Interment will follow at Pilot Mountain City Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Cox Needham Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Richard C. Hill funeral fund at Cox-Needham Funeral Home.
