Ruby Pearl (Flynn) Bowman

Ruby Pearl Bowman, age 79, of Mt. Airy, NC, passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2016 at Twelve Oaks.

She was born on July 23, 1937 in Surry County, NC to the late Paul Flynn and Annie Flynn.

Mrs. Bowman is survived by a son, Nathan Neal (Cathy) Bowman; brother and sister-in-laws, Rickey and Fran Sechrest, Lee and Julia Powell, Tim and Ava Bowman, and Don and Gina Bryant; a brother Franklin (Frankie) Flynn; two sisters, Shelby (Marshall) Sowder and Ellen Patton; and two grandchildren, Johnathan (Shela) Bowman and Daniel Bowman.

She was predeceased by her loving husband, Ronald Dean Bowman; her parents; a son, Barry Dean Bowman; a daughter, Ronna Bowman Vaden; and three brothers, Harold Flynn, Thomas Flynn, and Wilson Flynn.

A Funeral Service will be conducted on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at Siloam Baptist Church at 1 P.M with Rev. Bill Faw and Rev. Jimmy Cain officiating.

The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service at Siloam Baptist Church.
