Ruby Frances (Cox) Reep

Ruby Cox Reep, age 77, of Mount Airy, NC, passed away on Friday, December 23, 2016 at Northern Hospital of Surry County.

She was born on September 10, 1939 in Forsyth County, NC to the late John Harvey Cox and Ocie Lane Cox.

Mrs. Reep is survived by Suzanne Elizabeth Key, her daughter; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by William Reep, her husband; Charles Frank Preston, the father of her children; Timothy Charles Preston and James Ray Preston, her two sons; one brother; and one sister.

A Funeral Service will be conducted on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home at 2 P.M with Pastor Charles Stevens officiating.

Interment will follow in the First Baptist Church Cemetery, King, NC.

The family will receive friends for two hours prior to the service.
