Thelma Mae (Jessup) Perrell

Thelma Mae Jessup Perrell, age 88, of Pinnacle, NC, passed away on Monday, May 30, 2016 at Brookridge Retirement Community.

She was born on March 7, 1928 in Surry County, NC to the late John Henry Jessup and Hessie Hill Jessup.

Mrs. Perrell  is survived by four daughters, Bonnie (William) Adams, Lisa (Terry) Dickinson, Mary Adams, and Frances (Chris) Willard; three brothers, Carl Jessup, Roscoe (Mildred) Jessup, and Jack Jessup; one sister, Ruth Moore; seven grandchildren, Robert (Jessica) Adams, Michael (Elizabeth) Adams, Andrew (Janelle) Dickinson, Anna (Lance) Joyce, Jessica Adams, Brian (Kelsey) Willard, and Emily Willard; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Perrell; her parents; two brothers, Fred Jessup and Marshall Jessup; a sister, Rumell Moore; one grandchild, Carla Jean Adams; and one son-in-law, Leslie John Adams.

A graveside service will be conducted on Friday, June 3, 2016 at God’s Community Church Cemetery at 1 P.M. with Dale Jessup officiating.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home from 6 to 8 P.M.
