Zachary Duane Badgett

Mr. Zachary Duane Badgett, age 35, of King, passed away on February 19th, 2024, at his residence.

He was born on January 25th, 1989, in Forsyth County, to Stella Mae Badgett and the late Duane Badgett.

Mr. Badgett worked for B&M Fencing. He loved being outside and fishing. Always made sure to tell his granny that he loved her but most importantly loved his mom and his daughter which he cherished with all of his heart.

He is survived by his daughter, Ava Valley Josephine Badgett; mother, Stella Dixon Badgett; brother, Brian Dixon; sisters, Kimberly Dixon, Nancy Harris, Karen Badgett, Ginny Badgett; one uncle, Eric Badgett; grandmother, Avolene Badgett; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, Mr. Badgett was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Lula Stewart; great-grandmother, Josephine Badgett; aunts, Paula Burchette and Pat Tingen; and uncle, Curtis Dixon.
