Charles Jose Sanchez

Charles Jose Sanchez, age 32, of Surry County, NC, passed away on November 7, 2017 at Forsyth Medical Center.

He was born on July 8, 1985 in Surry County, NC to Jose Guadalupe Sanchez and Rebecca Childress Sanchez.

Mr. Sanchez is survived by his parents, Jose and Rebecca Sanchez; his fiancé, Donna Jean Goins; two brothers, Mario Guadalupe Sanchez and Christopher Ray Sanchez; and grandmothers, Shirley May Coleman Childress and Antonia Araiza De Sanchez.

He was predeceased by two grandfathers, Charles Randolph Childress and Donaciano Sanchez.

A Funeral Service will be conducted on Sunday, November 12, 2017 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home at 2 P.M. with Rev. Charles Stevens officiating.

Interment will follow in Mount Herman United Methodist Church Cemetery with military rites provided by the North Carolina National Guard and Pilot Mountain VFW Post 9436 and Mount Airy VFW Post 2019.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12 P.M. to 2 P.M.
