Francis Earl Lowe Sept. 29, 1936 - Feb. 15, 2013 Mr. Francis Earl Lowe, 76, passed away Friday, Feb 15, 2013 following an unexpected illness. Frank was born in Long Beach, CA on September 29, 1936 to the late Irene and Francis Lowe. Preceded in death by a brother Tom from Pilot Mountain. Frank is survived by his wife Libby Lowe, brother Gary (Darlene), sister DeAnne (Warren)and by children Denise (Terry) Merrill, Sheree Kruckenberg, Mitchell (Denise) Lowe and four grandchildren Aaron & Philip Merrill, Ashley & Ryan Lowe. A 23 year veteran of the USAF he traveled with his family to many foreign lands. His career spanned teaching, healthcare admin, golf course mgmt for the USGA and Asst Mgr for Triad Municipal in the Forsyth County area. He also enjoyed golf, softball, bowling, avid gun collecting, camping and fishing. He especially enjoyed the ocean with trips to the coast. A celebration of his life will occur at 5:00 p.m. Sunday, February 17, 2013 at Temple Baptist Church, 7035 Franklin Rd, Lewisville, NC 27023. The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Memorial Honor Guard, 4433 Bashavia Dr., Pfafftown, NC 27040.
