Hilda Reen (Burris) Lynch

Hilda Reen Burris Lynch, age 84, of Eden, NC, passed away on August 9, 2018.  She was born on February 20, 1934, to the late Hamon Burris and Pearl Pharis Burris.

She is survived by a daughter, Cheryl Coleman; three grandchildren, Rachel Welch and husband, Adam, Travis Coleman and Nathan Coleman; two great-grandchildren, Amelie Welch and Finley Welch; a niece, Loretta Maimone; and two nephews, Henry Clark and Vincent Lee Clark.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Larry Norris Lynch; her parents, Hamon and Pearl Burris; a sister, Klera Clark; a brother, Carnel Green Burris; and a niece, Geneva Louann Clark.

A funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Cox-Needham Funeral Chapel at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Danny Hall officiating.

Interment will follow in the Hills Presbyterian Church cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 16, 2018, at Cox-Needham Funeral Home from 1:00 P.M.to 2:00 P.M. prior to the service.
