Levada Mills Obituary

Mrs. Levada Christine Riggins Mills, age 86, of Winston Salem, NC, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2019 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born on November 20, 1932 to Clyde Riggins and Janie Riggins.

Levada was very special and was always sweet and kind to others. She leaves precious memories to those close to her, son; Michael Andrew Mills, daughter; Karen Elaine Mills Stoltzs, brother; Eugene Riggins, one granddaughter Casey Christine Mills (Adriana Velazquez), 2 great-grandchildren; Kaiden and Ethan.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, William “Bill” Mills, parents; Clyde and Janie Riggins, sisters; Judy Leopard and Nancy Patterson, granddaughter, Kayla Danielle Stoltz.

A funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 1:00P.M. at Kerwin Baptist Church, 4520 Old Hollow Road Kernersville, NC with Bro.Tom Richardson officiating.

Interment will follow immediately after service at Crestview Memorial Park, Rural Hall, NC.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 25, 2019 from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. at Kerwin Baptist Church.
