Mary Arnder Obituary
Mary Ruth Beck Arnder, age 87, of Mount Airy, NC, passed away on February 9, 2019 at Central Continuing Care. She was born on March 19, 1931 to John Henry Beck and Virginia O’Neal Beck.
Mrs. Arnder is survived by her loving family with many memories to cherish; two sons, Johnny Dale (Kathy) Arnder and Timothy James (Jennifer) Arnder; a daughter, Nellie Ruth (Roger) Kirkman; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, John Henry Arnder and a son, Stephen Henry Arnder.
A funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home at 2 PM with Rev. Dwight Sechrist, Rev. Randy Edwards, and Rev. Larry Thomas officiating.
The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service from 1 PM to 2 PM at Cox-Needham Funeral Home.
Interment will follow at New Venture Baptist Church Cemetery.
