Wenonah Tilley Obituary
Mrs. Wenonah Whitaker Tilley, age 89, of Raleigh, NC, passed away on May 17, 2018, Hillcrest Rehab. She was born on July 9, 1928, to the late Albert Clinton Whitaker and Anna Mae Setliff Whitaker.
Mrs. Whitaker is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Suzanne and Gordon Jones; and two sons and daughters-in-law, Sandy and wife, Nan Tilley and Danny and wife, Joyce Tilley.
She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Joseph Hiram Tilley; her parents, Albert Clinton Whitaker and Anna Mae Setliff Whitaker; and two brothers, Wallace Clinton Whitaker and Welford Leroy Whitaker.
A graveside service will be conducted on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at Pinnacle United Methodist Church Cemetery at 1:00 P.M. with Elder Jimmy Joyce officiating. Interment will follow in Pinnacle United Methodist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 19, 2018, from 6:00P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Cox-Needham Funeral Home.
