Angela Koenig Obituary
Angela Shew Koenig, age 58, of Siloam, NC, passed on Friday, February 18, 2022. She was born on September 16, 1963, to the late Lester Jock Shew and Betty Alice Key Shew.
She was a CNA and a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed life to the fullest in every way and spending time with her family.
Surviving to cherish her memory are a daughter, Tabitha Renee (Jesse Zavala) Flippen; a son, Jason Allen (Christy) Beverly; and five grandchildren, Landan Beverly, Karsen Flippen, Macie Flippen, Braelyn Beverly, and Rylan Beverly.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Mark Konrad Koenig; her loving parents, Lester Jock Shew and Betty Alice Key Shew; and a brother, Lester Dale Shew.
A funeral service will be Saturday, February 26, 2022, at Welcome View Baptist Church, Dobson, NC at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Tommy Shelton officiating. A visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Interment will be in Welcome View Baptist Church Cemetery.
Floral tributes will be accepted or memorials may be made to the American Indian Education Fund or charity of the donor’s choice.
