Anna Faye (Parris) Lynch

Mrs. Anna Faye Parris Lynch, age 83 of Pilot Mountain, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 24th at Central Continuing Care in Mount Airy.

Faye was born on March 26, 1940 to the late Mr. & Mrs. Parris.

In life, she was passionate about working puzzles.  She would spend time putting together an intricate puzzle & then framing it, creating beautiful wall art.  Mrs. Lynch was a member of Westfield Baptist Church.  In 1967, Faye & her late husband founded Jimmy R. Lynch & Sons, Inc.  The company is still locally run today by her family.  Faye & Jimmy were married for 61 years until his passing in 2020.

Those left to cherish her memory include her two sons, Mark (Roxanne) Lynch & Rick (Rebecca) Lynch; four grandchildren, Daniel (Erin) Lynch, Devin (Brooke) Lynch, Ryan (Brandy Bowman) Lynch & Shayon (Owen) Hawks; & seven great-grandchildren, Layla Antoinette Lynch, Anna Faye Lynch, Ezekiel Maximus Lynch, James Adler Lynch, Stella Grace Lynch, Alma Kayte Lynch & Bartholomew Wayne Lynch.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Richard Lynch; her son, Anthony Wayne Lynch; & her daughter, Debra Shayon Lynch.

A funeral service for Mrs. Lynch will be held at 3:00pm on Sunday, May 28th at Cox-Needham Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Pilot Mountain City Cemetery.  Dr. Joel Stephens will be officiating & music will be provided by Mr. John Nichols.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00pm to 7:00pm the night before her service, on Saturday, May 27th.
