Audrey (Johnson) Allen

Mrs. Audrey Johnson Allen, age 76, of Pinnacle, passed away on November 24, 2022 at Forsyth Medical Center

She was born on January 1, 1946, in Surry County to the late Hartsel Johnson and Letha Bullin Johnson

Mrs. Allen worked as an office manager for General Motors dealerships and retired from Cook Medical with many years of Service. She was a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church of Pinnacle and the Shoals Red Hatters. Audrey loved to knit and crochet as well as watching the birds from her window.

She is survived by her daughter, Melanie Allen Wright and husband Glenn; a sister, Carolyn Martin and husband JD; and special nieces Misty Wright and husband Rusty, and Natalie Wright and husband, Ben.

In addition to her parents Mrs. Allen was preceded in death by her loving husband, Winfred Allen and brothers Walter Rabi and Bruce Johnson.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church at 1:00pm with Rev. Wayne Allen and Pastor Robin Johnson officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 29, 2022 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Cox-Needham Funeral Chapel.  Interment will be at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery.
