Barbara Goins Obituary

Barbara Ann Lovern Goins, age 70, passed away at Waddell Nursing Rehabilitation Center, Galax, VA on Wednesday, December 29, 2021. She was born November 27, 1951, to Charles and Rebecca Radford Lovern. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother.

Barbara is survived by her husband of 53 years, Wayne Goins, who loved her dearly; one daughter, Tina (Steve) Browning; four sisters, Linda (C.W.) Lockhart, Jewel (Doug) Ford, Lois Jefferies and Pam Parrish; one brother, Billy Lovern; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and three fur babies, Charlie, Rose Bud and Fluffy Moomoo.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Rebecca Radford Lovern; two sons, Davy Goins and Daniel Goins; one sister, Brenda Lockhart; one brother, Frankie Lovern; and one great-granddaughter, Emily Marshall.

There will be memorial service at a later date.
