Brenda (Turney) Craddock

Mrs. Brenda Turney Craddock, age 66, of Ararat, passed away peacefully at her home on the afternoon of Saturday, September 27, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 21, 1959, in Stokes County to the late George William Turney, Sr. and Ruth Emma Smith Turney.

Those left to cherish her memory include her devoted husband, Bobby Gene Craddock; her daughter, Amanda (John) Dolinger; her precious granddaughters, Rachel and Rebekah Dolinger; brothers, Kim, Kenny, and Matthew Turney; step-sister, Heather Turney Hutchens; a special niece, Jessica Turney Wall; special friends, Charlene and Vernon Lawson, and Bobby and Megan Coake; as well as numerous other nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Randy, Pete, Charles, and Norman Turney.

A funeral service for Mrs. Craddock will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home.  Visitation will be held the night prior to the funeral service at Cox-Needham from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. Burial will follow the funeral service at Rock House Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Pinnacle. Rev. Charles Stevens and Rev. Ronnie Payne will be officiating the services.
