Calvin Hawks Obituary

Mr. Calvin Larry Hawks, age 64, of Pilot Mountain, NC, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at his home. He was born on April 30, 1954 to Burlie Edward Hawks and Annie Marie Hawks.

Mr. Hawks is loved and missed by his wife, Doris Elaine Gilley Hawks; his son and daughter-in-law, Joseph Craig Hawks and Priscilla Renee’ Hawks; brothers, Melvin (Joyce) Hawks, Ronnie (Ruby) Hawks, Leon (Helen) Hawks; and sisters, Lona Freeman, Mona Lyons, Fernita (Billy) Hutchens, Sherry Hawks.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Debbie Shirlene Johnston

A funeral service will be conducted on Friday, April 19, 2019 at 3pm at Little Mountain Baptist Church in Ararat, NC, with Brother Bill Watson officiating.

Interment will follow immediately after service at Little Mountain Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends on Friday, April 19, 2019 from 2 to 3pm at Little Mountain Baptist Church.
