Carolyn Faye (Durham) Bennett

Carolyn Faye Bennett, age 82, of King, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 22, 2026.

She was born on April 15, 1943, in Stokes County, North Carolina, to the late Ellis Durham and Mary Alice Flippin Durham.

Carolyn was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who cherished her family deeply. Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Sharon (Ernesto) Palacios, Tim (Denise) Bennett, and David (Edye) Bennett, along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought great joy to her life.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by loved ones who welcomed her home with open arms.

Carolyn will be remembered for her love of family, her gentle spirit, and the lasting impact she made on all who knew and loved her.
