Cathie (Boyles) Vestal

Ms.  Cathie Boyles Vestal, Age 69 of King, passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2022, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem, NC.

Cathie Boyles Vestal was born on January 6, 1953, in Forsyth County, NC, to the late Kermit and Lois Needham Boyles.

Cathie was an amazing mother and grandmother who loved her daughters and grandchildren more than anything. She worked hard throughout her life to provide for her family and really showed it when she graduated college with an accounting degree, making her daughters proud. Cathie was very giving, putting others before herself most of the time, and she never complained. She cared about the environment and animals and spent her life trying to rescue both. Though she is no longer with her family, they will cherish her memory.

Ms. Vestal is survived by her daughters Amanda Bonner and Felicia Mabe, her brother Dennis Boyles and her grandchildren; Addison Bonner, Finn Mabe, and Camilla Mabe.

In addition to her parents Cathie was predeceased by her sister Sharon Boyles Lunsford.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 23, 2022, at Cox Needham Funeral Home Chapel with family members sharing special memories.
