Charles Ralph McCormick

Mr. Charles Ralph McCormick, age 75, of Dobson NC, died on March 25th ,2023 at Forsyth Medical Center.

He was born on May 16th,1947, in Surry County, to the late Ralph and Kathleen McCormick.

Mr. McCormick worked as a switch operator for Norfolk Southern Railroad. He was a Vietnam Veteran who served with the U.S. Army. In his free time Mr. McCormick enjoyed playing golf.

He is survived by his daughter, Candace Warren with husband Jesse; grandson, Wyatt Warren; brother, Mike McCormick and wife Sylvia.

Mr. McCormick is preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday March 31st ,2023 at 2pm at Rockford Baptist Church in Dobson with Dennis Bledsoe officiating. Visitation at the church from 1pm to 2pm. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.
