Christopher Vaughn Collins

Mr. Christopher Vaughn Collins, age 46, of Pinnacle, North Carolina, passed away on January 22, 2022, at Mountain Valley Palliative Care, in Yadkinville, North Carolina.

Mr. Collins was born on July 28, 1975, in Forsyth County, North Carolina, to his parents Marylin Ayers McDaniel (Wade) who survives and the late Glenn Franklin Collins.

He was predeceased by his loving grandparents Grady Glenn and Elsie Culler Collins; Hoyt Elzavan and Blanche Simmons Ayers; a grandson Jayden Dean Collins and a nephew Adam Braxton Collins.

Mr. Collins is survived by his loving companion and caretaker Melissa Collins, son Colton Collins, daughter Meagan Collins, all of Pinnacle, NC; and a brother Keith Collins (Lisa) of Pilot Mountain, NC.

Chris is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A gifted mechanical man, Chris could repair anything. He was also a dedicated partner, father, son, brother, and friend.

The Collins family would especially like to thank Chris’ hospice nurses: Lori and Laura.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at 2:00 pm at Cox-Needham Funeral Home with Reverend Marc Sanders of Grove Park Baptist Church in Burlington, NC officiating. Visitation will be held following the service.
