Colin Ames Forbes

Colin Ames Forbes passed away peacefully at his home in Westfield NC on May 22, 2022, at age 94.  Colin was born in London, England in 1928, to parents Kathleen Ethel Forbes (nee Ames) and John Cumming Forbes.  He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Central School of Art and Design in London and went on to become an internationally renowned, award winning graphic designer. He is survived by Wendy Forbes his wife of 61 years, his three children, Christine, Aaron and Jessica and three grandchildren, Julia, Gemma and Jamie.   A memorial service will be held at 11:00 on Saturday May 28th.
