Drinda (Keaton) Axsom

Mrs. Drinda Keaton Axsom, age 56, of Greensboro, passed away on February 24, 2023 at Authoracare Hospice.

She was born on October 14, 1966, in Forsyth County to the late Gene Carlton and Frankie Barker Keaton

Mrs. Axsom was a homemaker and she loved to cook and decorate.  She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.  Her family was the most important thing in her life.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Dennis Axsom; daughters, Victoria Axsom with fiancé Zack Maestas and Stevie Foust with husband Joey; grandchildren, Hailey, Makayla, and Makenzie Foust and Haela and Eva Maestas; brother Dwayne Keaton with wife Becky; sisters-in-law, Kim Delk and Penny Keeter; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Axsom was preceded in death by her grandparents, Elder JH and Ethel Keaton and William and Louise Barker, and her uncle, Delmer Gray Keaton.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday March 2nd at 2:00pm at Rock House Primitive Baptist Church 2132 NC Highway 268, Pinnacle, NC 27943 with  Elder Rodney Marshall officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
