Erlene (Bowman) Bullins

Mrs. Erlene Bowman Bullins, age 82, of Westfield, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, July 4, 2025. She was born on October 16, 1942, in Patrick County, Virginia, to the late Martha Holt Bowman.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Randy (Kim) Bullins; her daughter, Lisa Hampton; two grandchildren, Cody and Corbin Bullins; two great-grandchildren, Karrington and KayLee Bullins; three sisters, Thelma (J.P.) Brown, Maggie Martin, and Barbara Johnson; and two brothers, Terry (Patti) Bowman and Sam Bowman.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Leonard Bullins; one son, Robert Lee Bullins; three brothers, Arthur, William, and Warren; and one sister, Kathy.

Mrs. Bullins worked alongside her family as a self-employed farmer, a vocation she carried out with dedication and pride.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at Cox-Needham Funeral Home, with burial to follow at The Peoples Church. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 7, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Cox-Needham Funeral Home.
