Etta Inman Sheets, age 73, of Mount Airy passed on January 13, 2022 at her residence.
She was born on May 3, 1948, in Surry County to the late Raymond and Rebecca Inman
Mrs. Sheets was a homemaker and was a member of Welcome Baptist Church
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Ralph Sheets; sons and daughters-in-law, Rodney and Allison Sheets; Randy and Haley Sheets; daughter, Robin Sheets; grandchildren, Cameron and Brittany Sheets; Logan and Melody Sheets; Olivia Sheets; Conner Sheets; two great grandchildren who were the light of her life, Emberly and Jace Sheets; McKenzie Collins, who she thought of as a second daughter; brother and sister-in-law, Billy and Kathy Inman; and sister, Linda Bowman and Jeff McCraw
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Sheets was preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law, Elbert and Libby Inman
Funeral services will be conducted at 2pm on Friday, January 21st, 2022 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Jackson officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Skyline Memorial Gardens in Mount Airy, North Carolina.
