Exavier Ezekiel Penn of Mount Airy, North Carolina, age 15, departed this world on Friday, March 4, 2022, at Northern Regional Hospital.
Exavier was a joy to his parents, Barbara and Keith Penn, Sr., as well as everyone he interacted with. He loved Mickey Mouse, playing video games, watching YouTube videos, and any electronic he could use.
Along with his parents, Exavier is survived by his grandparents: Thelma Dobson and Allen Mitchell, Sr (Felipa), his siblings Jullian Penn, and Keith Penn, Jr., and his nephew Corneillus Penn. He is also survived by his uncle Allen Mitchell, Jr. (Bessie), his uncles David and Jamie Penn; his aunts Clara Penn, Rhonda Penn (Dre), Linda Holt (Ed), and Vanessa Penn as well as his special God Parents, Carol and Jerry Hardy and many great aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Exavier was preceded in death by Nora and Edmond Penn, Garrett Penn, and Jack Dobson.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at 2:00 pm at Cox-Needham Funeral Home with Apostle Thomas Wilborn officiating. Visitation will be held March 8, 2022, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the Cox-Needham Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Chestnut Ridge Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
