Gloria Ruth (Bledsoe) Warden

Mrs. Gloria Ruth Warden, age 76, of Pilot Mountain, passed away on September 18th, 2024, Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Hospital.

She was born on December 17th, 1947, in Surry County, to the late Monroe and Vera Bledsoe.

Mrs. Warden cherished her family. Her love and devotion to them were unwavering, and she found no greater joy than spending time with those she loved most.

Those left to cherish her memory include, her son, Jonathan Hill; sister, Alice Arrington; brother and wife, Tommy and Doris Bledsoe; grandsons, Logan Hill and Ethan Hill; a special aunt, Geneva Made; numerous nieces and nephews; and close friend, Pat Hicks.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Warden was preceded in death by her brother, Delbert Bledsoe; sisters, Mary B. Wall and Barbara Cave.

A graveside service will be conducted September 22nd, 2024, at Westfield Baptist Church at 2:00pm with Rev. Blake Bowman officiating.
