He loved hosting his family, enjoyed watching wildlife with his wife Lois from their porch and fishing with his children and grandchildren in his two ponds. He loved his small town, often visiting local establishments and creating many friendships within the community.  He took delight in gathering his family and friends together around a BBQ.
