Jerry Hodges

January 16,1952 –June 27, 2021

On Sunday June 27, 2021, Jerry Hodges, devoted Son, husband, Father, and Poppy Jerry passed away at the age of 69. He was born January 16,1952, in Forsyth County, to the late Marlan Hodges and Iris George Lackey.  Prior to his retirement he was employed for Rexam Inc in the Human Resource Department.

He is survived by his wife, Jan Roberts Hodges; two sons, Jason Hodges (Ginger) and Brandon Hodges; five grandchildren, Amber Hodges, Jackson Hodges, Adalee Hodges, Anderson Hodges, and Lennon Hodges; and his faithful companion, Deacon.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; a sister Cheryl Pruitt; and a brother, Rick Hodges.

Jerry had an infectious smile and made everyone he knew feel special. He loved the beach, mountains, hiking, and music. He was an avid Allman Brothers fan.

A memorial service will be held Friday July 2,2021 at 2:00pm at Cox-Needham Funeral Chapel 822 W Main Street Pilot Mtn, NC 27041. Rev  Venus Womble will be officiating
