Kenneth Ross Dixon

Mr. Kenneth Ross Dixon, age 77 of Pilot Mountain, NC, passed away on Friday, January 21, 2022 at his residence.

He was born on October 23, 1944, in Raleigh County, WV, to the late John T. Dixon and Juanita Elizabeth Jones Dixon.

Before his retirement, Mr. Dixon was self-employed as a contractor and was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his son, Tom Dixon; granddaughters; Hayley and Emily Dixon; sister, Norma Lee Scott; and brothers,; Lowell Franklin Dixon; Dennis Dale Dixon; Darrell Randolph Dixon; and Roger G. Dixon.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Dixon was predeceased by his wife, Sandra Darlene Dixon; his son, Billy Dixon; and brothers, Harold Jean Dixon and Buford Denver Dixon

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 28, 2022 at Calvary Baptist Church of King, 536 S Main St; with Rev. Kevin Broyhill officiating. Interment will follow in Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery in Walnut Cove, NC.
