Khyleigh Cox Obituary

Khyleigh Brielle Cox of Mount Airy, passed away peacefully on March 15, 2022 at her home.

During her two short months here on Earth, Khyleigh brought joy to anybody who met her. She was loved and cherished by her mother, Khadejah Hughes, and all of her extended family and friends.

Along with her mother, Khyleigh is survived by her father, Brett Cox; grandmother, Dawn Hughes; uncles, Melvin Hughes, Shawn Hughes, Ryan Hughes,Quentin Duncan, Jamie Hughes, David Hughes, and Dennis Hughes; aunts, Mercedes Hughes, Lilly Duncan, Kaicee Snow and Brenda Simmons; cousin/sister, Emma Simmons; cousin/brother, Eric Simmons; and many more aunts, uncles, and plenty of cousins

Khyleigh was preceded in death by her grandfather, Melvin Duncan.

The family will be holding a private gathering to celebrate Khyleigh’s life.
