Larry Lee Lundy

Mr. Larry Lee Lundy, 72, passed away at his home in Westfield on Sunday, December 20, 2020. Mr. Lundy was born to Thurman Whitfield and Iola Lawson Lundy on March 26, 1948 in Independence, Virginia. Larry was self-employed in the sanitation business before retirement. He enjoyed time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and loved to laugh and make others do the same. He leaves to cherish his memory, a son, Michael Eugene (Mary) Woods; Daughters, Connie Lynn Inman and Glenda Lundy; Five grandchildren, Amanda Holt, Bradley (Michail) Holt, Cody Holt, Chad (Lisa) Woods and Mikey Woods, two great-grandchildren, Miranda Holt and Connor Holt and a special companion, Peggy Ashburn.

Mr. Lundy was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Geraldine Cowick Lundy, a son, Larry Lundy, Jr. and a brother, Leonard Whitfield Lundy.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at 2:00 PM in the Cox-Needham Chapel with Rev. Gerald Jones officiating.

Burial will follow at Westfield Friends Cemetery.
