Larry Grant Tilton

Mr. Larry “Grant” Tilton, age 46, of Pinnacle, passed away on October 5th, 2024, at his home.

He was born on October 8th, 1977, in Forsyth County, to Larry and Evelyn Tilton.

Grant found joy in the tranquility of the water, spending countless hours fishing and enjoying nature. When not fishing, he could often be found riding his 4-wheeler, embracing the freedom of the outdoors. His love for the simple pleasures in life left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

Left to cherish his memory include his parents, Larry and Evelyn Tilton; one daughter, Courtney Tilton (Matt); two grandchildren, Bryson and Skylar Ogburn; one sister, Samantha Bottoms (David); nephew, Joseph (Casey) Tilton; niece, Katie Bug (Travis), niece, T-bear; nephew, D; great-niece Ayla and Alanna; 3 great nephews, Connor, Tabias and Dez; special cousin/best friend, Jon; his dog, Whisky; grandma, Hazel Worrel; grandma, Ola; special aunt, Sissy.

Mr. Tilton was preceded in death by his nephew Josh Tilton.

A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, October 12th, 2024, at Cox-Needham Funeral Home at 2:00pm with Pastor Jeff Martin officiating.
