Magdalene Carrie (Walker) Fulk

Mrs. Magdalene Carrie Walker Fulk, age 90, of King, passed away peacefully early Tuesday morning, February 18, 2025, at Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. She was born on February 12, 1935, in Randolph County to the late Sgt. Wray Miller Walker and Viola Gooch Walker.

Magdalene dedicated her career to caring for others, working as a registered nurse at Novant Health in Winston-Salem. She was a loving mother, sister, and friend, always known for her kindness and compassion.

She is survived by her son, Randy Alan Fulk, his wife, Vivian, and her sister in-law, Audrey Walker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 64 years, Theodore McKinley Fulk; her brothers, Thomas Ellis "Tom" Walker and Toney Mack Walker; and her sisters, Patricia “Dianne” Walker Thomas, Evelene Walker Leffel, Wilma Wray Walker McGee, and Charlotte Fae Walker.

No formal services will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
