Mary Lou (Hill) Willard

Mrs. Mary Lou Hill Willard, age 66, of Mount Airy, NC, passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2019 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. She was born on October 3, 1952 to Richard and Ellen Reece Hill. Mrs. Willard is loved and will be missed by her daughters, Connie Hicks (Eddie), Melinda Easter (Mark) and Christine Willard and her son, Jarrett Willard. She is survived by her husband, Pete C. Willard, by her mother, Mrs. Ellen Reece Hill, and two brothers, Ernie Hill and Wayne Hill; five grandchildren Erica Marsh (Will), Jacob Linville, Ryan Linville, Haskell Easter (Taylor McMillian) and Anthony Easter (Maria);and five great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Marsh, Ava Marsh, Emily Marsh, William Marsh, and Thiago Easter. She dearly loved her family, playing with her grandchildren, and caring for her patients and baking.  She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Hill; one brother, Richard Hill.  A memorial service will be conducted on Friday, July 5, 2019 at 2:00 pm at the chapel of Cox-Needham Funeral Home.  Brother Darrell Price will be officiating. Family will receive friends immediately following the service.
