Megan Susannah Spencer

Megan Susannah Spencer, 31, of King, passed away, suddenly, February 26, 2020 at her home.  She was born August 12, 1988, the daughter of Steven Lee and (the late) Connie Sue Collins Spencer.   Known for her love of nature and computer skills, she gained friends everywhere.  She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her father and stepmother, Steven Lee (Nancy) Spencer; a sister, Tammy (Keith) Simmons; three stepsisters, Mary (Darrell) Marion. Jennifer (Paul) Barker, Cynthia Lamb; two special nieces, Izabella Simmons and Amelia Simmons; two uncles, Jimmy (Linda) Spencer and Rickey (Elizabeth) Spencer; and several nieces, nephews and cousins and her best friend and roommate, Gina Howell. She was preceded in death by her mother and infant brother, Matthew Lee Spencer.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, March 2, 2020 at First Baptist Church of Pilot Mountain at 11:00 AM. The Rev. Will Eads and the Rev. Steve Gilreath will be officiating. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to any charitable organization in her memory.
