Nancy Carolyn (Gillelan) Peterson

Nancy Carolyn Peterson passed away on January 20, 2026, at Surry Community Health and Rehab. She was born on January 3, 1942  to the late Thomas Gillelan and Mary Gillelan.

Nancy was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Lisa Jones, who passed away twelve years ago.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Karen Peterson; her three granddaughters, Carolyn Jones, Joanna Jones, and Sarah (James) Euper; and her Four great-grandchildren, Elizabeth (Shawn) Gallimore and Tristan Trivette and Sherdian Daley and Ricky Daley

Nancy will be remembered for the love she had for her family and the quiet strength she carried throughout her life.

There will be no formal services at this time.
