Nannie "Sue" Hall

Ms. Nannie “Sue” Hutchens Hall, age 82 of Dobson, passed away at her home on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.

Ms. Hall was born on March 20, 1940 in Surry County to the late Joseph & Stella McMillan Hutchens.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Ronnie (Sandra) Hall, Tammie Stevens, Mary (Marcus) Shelton, Mark (Sharon) Hall, Ricky (Mariela) Hall, April (Mark) Lawson, Lackey (Buffy) Hall, Wendy (Chris) Cornell, Holly (Carey) Adkins & Benjamin Hall; nineteen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; her siblings, Dorothy Hawks & Robbie Hutchins & her loving neighbor, Ginger.  She also leaves behind her doggie fur-babies, Pickles, Tinkerbell & her favorite pooch, Hope.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Gray Hall; two sons, Jeffrey Hall & Jonathan Hall; a grandson, Justin Hall; a brother Ray Hutchins & a sister, Louise Hutchins.

A funeral service for Ms. Hall will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, February 26th at Cox-Needham Funeral Home.  A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 1:00pm until 2:00pm & burial will follow at Double Creek Cemetery in Copeland.  The family is also accepting visitors at other times at the home of Tammie Stevens: 104 Tessa Ln. Ararat, NC.
